If the defective rate of a batch of goods is more than 3%, please contact the customer service within 10 days after receiving the goods. If the time limit is not accepted, thank you for your cooperation! The treatment methods are as follows:

1. Contact our customer service personnel to explain the defective rate and situation;

2. Customer service personnel apply to the company for approval of replacement;

3. Return the defective goods (keep the original package, tag and get the mark. The company will refuse to exchange the goods and terminate the cooperation due to human reasons);

4. The warehouse staff receives the goods, processes them and sends them out.
