The germs are on your hand?

The fact of germs on your hand

  • Germs can survive for up to three hours on your hands.

  • There are between 2 to 10 million bacteria on your fingertips and elbows.

  • The number of germs on your fingertips doubles after you use the toilet.

  • When you don’t wash your hands, you transfer germs to the food and drinks you eat.

Bacteria are tiny creatures that can cause disease and illness. Germs can cover your hands.
Such as after you use the toilet,  handle raw meat, or touch any objects with germs
on them. If bacteria are not washed away from your hands, they can spread from person to person.
By killing these bacteria, we reduce the possibility of someone getting sick.

Ways for kill those Germs

Washing your hands is one of the best defenses you have against infections.

The correct way to wash your hands as following,

• Get your hands wet, turn off the water, and apply soap.
• Rub your hands together to lather up the soap. Clean every surface from between your fingers and
  under your nails to your palms and back of your hands.

• Scrub for at least 20 seconds. If you need a way to time it, sing or hum “Happy Birthday” twice through.
• Turn the water back on and rinse well.
• Dry your hands with a clean towel and use the towel to turn off the water.

 

 


But sometimes,we have not been provided with a good hand washing environment, even no water and soap.
Then you can choose alcohol hand sanitizer which at least 60%-75% alcohol.
